Workout: 2 sets of 5x200 Felt pretty achy when I was warming up. However, the workout went off without a hitch. Smooth and relaxed on all of the 200s. Even though it was pretty windy, we managed to go under pace (28) on mostly all of them. Rest was 90s in between intervals and 5 min between sets. Ready to race on Friday and Saturday at Sea Ray Relays
